Don't blame IPL for off-field controversies: Rajeev Shukla

The Indian Premier League chief, Rajeev Shukla has said that cricket officials should not be held responsible for off-field controversies, and that the fifth edition of the IPL was a resounding success. Shukla added that the IPL's television viewership put it on par with some of the biggest sporting events in the world.
