Mizoram's footballer dies after celebratory somersault goes wrong

A soccer player in India's Mizoram Premier League has died after suffering an injury during a goal celebration. Peter Biaksangzuala celebrated with a somersault after scoring in Bethlehem Vengthlang's match against Chanmari West on Tuesday. The 23-year-old landed awkwardly, seriously injuring his spinal cord, and was taken to hospital for surgery and pronounced dead at Aizawl Civil Hospital on Sunday.
