Arjun Vajpayi, is now the youngest Indian to have climbed Cho Oyu in Tibet. He is also the third youngest Indian to climb Mount Everest. A feat which he achieved when he was just 16 years old. In 2011, when he was 17, he became the youngest climber ever to summit Lhotse. Lhotse is the fourth highest mountain in the world. In the same year, Arjun also became the youngest to summit Mt. Manaslu. Mt. Manaslu is the eighth highest peak in the world. He also climbed Mt Makalu- the fifth highest in the world. He is the only Indian to climb five peaks which are more than 8000 metres high.
