Trump Calls Russia-Iran Sanctions Bill ‘Very Severe’ Ahead of Xi Meeting

US President Donald Trump called the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 a “very severe” and “very tough” bill. Trump also described his upcoming meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping as a “big deal” and said the two leaders have a good relationship.
