Al-Qaeda's Indian branch uses Pak floods for anti-India propaganda; Releases message on Kashmir

Terror group Al Qaeda in the Indian subcontinent (AQIS) has invoked India in a message to Pak flood victims. Al-Qaeda's media arm, As-Sahab, in an 11.07-minute-long audio message of AQIS chief, Usama Mehmood extends sympathy to the victims of recent floods in Pakistan. He also invokes India and Muslims in Kashmir and makes an appeal to Pak Muslims.
