Blow To West As Another African Ally Falls; Gabon Gets New Leader, People Celebrate | Watch

Mutinous soldiers in Gabon proclaimed their republican guard chief as the country’s leader Wednesday after placing the just-re-elected President Ali Bongo Ondimba under house arrest.
