At least nine Palestinians were killed on Friday by Israeli fire across the occupied West Bank. The violent clashes took place during the solidarity march for war-battered Gaza. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, more than 44 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank areas of Tulkarm, Beit Furik, Beit Ula, Tammun, Bethelem, and Hebron. More than 1,300 people have been killed in Israel since Hamas militants from the blockaded Gaza Strip launched the onslaught early Saturday.
