Sri Lanka's Navy announced that it was joining a U.S.-led maritime unit against Houthis. Sri Lanka's Naval Spokesperson said, "W will be joining Operation Prosperity Guardian." Gayan Wickramasuriya said the country will dispatch a patrol vessel crewed by more than 100 people. Wickramasuriya added that the move would add no additional cost as the vessel was already patrolling Sri Lanka's vast maritime boundary. Watch for more.
