Moscow Attack; PM Modi Sends Message To Putin; India, U.S., Arab World, Hamas Stand With Russia

Indian PM Narendra Modi joined the world leaders and governments in condemning the deadly ISIS attack on a crowded mall in Russian capital Moscow that killed at least 60 people last evening. United States, European Union, Arab governments, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Hamas, Israel and other governments and organisations also condemned the horrifying shooting attack and expressed sympathy with those affected.
