Putin Anger Scares NATO Nation Into Withdrawing Proposal Even Opposed By Ukraine? | Poland, Crimea

Russia reacted strongly after Polish foreign minister Radoslaw Sikorski suggested placing Crimea under UN for 20 years. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov hit out at Sikorski and termed his proposal absurd. Peskov said, "Russian territory and Russian regions cannot be the subject of any discussions or transfer to anyone." Ukraine too rejected Polish FM's proposal.
