Kosovo has pinned the blame for tensions with Serbia on Russia. Kosovo's interior minister, Xhelal Svecla, claims that Serbia is under Putin's influence and is working to destabilise the country by taking help from Russia. He said that Serbia has been inciting the Serb minority in the north under the direction of Moscow. Responding to claims by Kosovo's government, Serbia called the charges baseless and said that it just wanted to protect its minority there. The tensions between the two countries are at an all-time high, as Serbia said it had put its army on the highest combat alert. Watch this video for more information.
