'Putin Testing Us...': Ukrainian Commander 'Concedes Defeat' As Russia Opens New Front In Kharkiv

Ukraine's ground forces commander has claimed that Russia's advance along the frontline will continue for 2 more months before Kyiv gets U.S. military aid. General Oleksandr Pavliuk told the Economist magazine that war will enter a critical phase in next 2 months and that Russia is exploiting delays in weapons supply to Kyiv.
