Scores of people are flocking to see the homes of two Filipinos, Alex Cruz and Ric Villanueva, who have adorned their houses with Christmas lights and Santa figures. They spent thousands of dollars to decorate their homes. They say they have done this for those who cannot afford to visit such places.
