The Academy has reportedly rejected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's bid to seek airtime during the Oscars ceremony. The Variety reported that the Academy refused to entertain Volodymyr Zelensky’s request. This is the second time Zelensky tried to land airtime at the Oscars but failed.
