‘Wrong to say’: Harsh Vardhan Shringla responds to Imran Khan's praise of Modi

India has now responded to Pakistan Prime Minister's praise about its foreign policy. Responding to a question at a media briefing, foreign secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that India's record speaks for itself and suggested that it would be wrong to say that only one leader complimented New Delhi. "To say that one person would be wrong. I think we have received praise across the board for many of our foreign policy initiatives at the level of the prime minister. I think our record speaks for itself," said Shringla. Imran Khan has on Sunday complimented India for its ‘independent foreign policy’, saying that the neighbouring country continues to buy oil from sanctions-hit Russia for the betterment of its people.
