13 militants killed, 26 held in northwest Pak

Troops killed eight militants and captured five more in Mashti area of Orakzai tribal region during fresh operations, official sources said.

Five militants were killed and 18 others, including two commanders, apprehended during a bloody clash at Aka Khel in Khyber tribal region.

Three important militant commanders were also arrested in Lower Dir district, the sources said.
