Police and fire fighters recovered six bodies at the site, while one person remained missing, a senior police officer said, adding two workers sustained burns.

Authorities have ordered an investigation into the cause of the fire, he said.

The fire broke out at about 12.10 p m (0310 GMT) at a warehouse in Icheon, 80 km southeast of Seoul.
