North Korea's recent nuclear test and a series of missile launches have drawn international criticism and concern. Some senators have asked President Barack Obama to consider putting North Korea back on the list.

Clinton told ABC television's "This Week" that North Korea's own actions are thwarting the reasons it was taken off the list. The Bush administration removed North Korea from the list after the North said it would dismantle its nuclear weapons facilities. Since then, North Korea has refused to go forward with the dismantlement.
