The government said in a statement late on Friday that the new cases include seven people found to be infected after returning from the Philippines, the United States and Canada. All have a cough, fever and headaches.
The statement says the other three cases were domestically transmitted, including a 13-year-old girl at St Paul's Convent School where the city's first cluster of infections occurred. The other two new cases were family members of infected students from the school.
There have been no reports of deaths in the territory.
