He said Israel coordinated their exit after receiving requests from their respective embassies in Israel.
Palmor said the foreigners would be allowed through Israel's Erez crossing with northern Gaza on Friday morning, from where they were to be transported by their embassies to the Allenby border crossing with Jordan.
He said foreign diplomats and staff of aid agencies were able to leave and enter Gaza without prior coordination and pass through the border crossings, which were open to humanitarian aid.
