"He is Pakistan's guest. Our people will not touch him," Sahrai Baba, a spokesman for Jaish-e-Mohammed, told The Associated Press by phone. Baba is in hiding at an undisclosed location.

The same group is believed to have been behind at least one of two attempts last month to assassinate Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, though Baba has denied its involvement.
