An order that all workers at the US Capitol stay indoors will be issued soon by congressional security officials, according to a Capitol Hill source.
The order, coming hours after a shooting at the nearby Navy Yard, will inform employees that nobody can enter or leave the Capitol complex, according to the source who asked not to be identified.
