Majithia to flag off Tirath Yatra train at Gurdaspur

Punjab minister for revenue and information and public relations Bikram Singh Majithia will flag off the Mukh Mantri Tirath Darshan Yatra special train at the railway station in Gurdaspur on Tuesday at 3 pm.

Punjab minister for revenue and information and public relations Bikram Singh Majithia will flag off the Mukh Mantri Tirath Darshan Yatra special train at the railway station in Gurdaspur on Tuesday at 3 pm.

Gurdaspur deputy commissioner (DC) Abhinav Trikha said this train would be carrying 1,000 Christian pilgrims from Punjab to their shrines at Chennai and other places in the country and it will return Gurdaspur on March 13.

Trikha said the pilgrims would also board the said train at the railway stations of Amritsar and Jalandhar.
