RSS condemns attack on Gagneja, gives memorandum to Bathinda DC

The district unit of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s (RSS) condemned the attack on state vice president of RSS Jagdish Gagneja and gave a memorandum to Bathinda deputy commissioner Basant Garg on Monday.

Gagneja was shot by two motorcycle borne assailants on Saturday night when he was returning from market with his wife in Jalandhar.

RSS district president Chanchal Malhotra declared the incident as attack on the communal harmony of Punjab and demanded that the attackers should be arrested soon.

said that the attackers have planned the attack under a conspiracy to break the peaceful atmosphere of Punjab, but RSS would not allow these people to spoil the religious and communal harmony of the state.
