Subodh Gupta, known for his signature style of using kitchen utensils, has created a 4-feet tall installation of an Absolut bottle, and is evidently thrilled by the association. The second Indian to design a bottle for Absolut after Manish Arora, Gupta has used his traditional art methods to put it together. “It’s a seamlessly created piece that carries my distinct yet unique style,” he says, describing his artwork. Owned and curated by the Historical Museum of Wine and Spirits in Stockholm, Sweden is currently on tour as part of Absolut’s 30-year celebration. The Absolut Art collection, a compilation of 20 original artworks spanning over 30 years of creative collaborations, has been brought to Mumbai and Delhi as part of the collection’s first Asian tour. Dubai, Sydney, Beijing and Shanghai are the other cities that are part of the tour.

The Absolut Art collection can be viewed at Project 88, Colaba till February 13
