German artist Christian Orendt from the German Art Academy Muenster with his project titled ‘God in a Church’ in Herne in Germany.

On the occasion of the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010, the Emscher Island becomes one of its key art projects. Sculptures are integrated in the most unusual spaces such as watergates, former industrial plants or urban brownfields and become the stage of the Emscher Art 2010.
