The Nasrullaganj court in Sehore district also issued warrants against the two and two others on a complaint filed by Congress member Dwarika Prasad Jaat.

He alleged that on March 31, 2010, at a ceremony to felicitate Sushma Swaraj on becoming an MP from Vidisha parliamentary constituency, a girl child, dressed as 'Bharat Mata', carried the national flag in an upside down position.
