A three-year-old boy's head got trapped inside a pressure cooker while he was playing with it on Sunday. Villagers split open the pressure cooker with blades to save the boy.

The boy sustained a minor injury on his forehead in the incident that took place in Salichowka village of Narsinghpur district in Madhya Pradesh.

The child, Aditya Mehra, saw a pressure cooker in the kitchen and started playing with it when suddenly his head got stuck inside it, his uncle Raj Kumar said.

The boy started crying for help, but the family members found it difficult to remove the cooker from his head befoe villagers came to the rescue, Kumar added.
