Nearly 350 BSNL subscribers switch to 4G

In all, 350 BSNL subscribers switched to fourth generation (4G) services in the last six months.

In all, 350 BSNL subscribers switched to fourth generation (4G) services in the last six months.

This was revealed in the Telephone Advisory Committee ( TAC) meeting held at BSNL, Bhopal office on Thursday.The meeting was chaired by the BSNL senior general manager Mahesh Shukla and co-chaired by Rajya Sabha member Raghunandan Sharma. Out of the total 54 members, 30 members attended the meeting.

Shukla said, “The BSNL is the lone service provider of 4G. The service is being provided in the form of Wimax.” Sharma said, “The members suggested providing better network to customers and sending telephone bills on time to avoid inconvenience.”

The postal department officer and the Bhopal Municipal Corporation additional commissioner Pramod Shukla also attended the meeting.
