Akshay Kumar to play PC Sorcar in new biopic
Close on the heels of Randeep Hooda-starrer Rang Rasiya, comes the news of yet another biopic in the making, one on the late magician PC Sorcar. And playing the ace magician will be actor Akshay Kumar.

It is the season of biopics in Bollywood. Close on the heels of Randeep Hooda-starrer Rang Rasiya, comes the news of yet another biopic in the making, one on the late magician PC Sorcar. And playing the ace magician will be actor Akshay Kumar.
Gulaab Gang director Soumik Sen will helm the project. Some reports suggest that Akshay had some reservations initially but has agreed to go ahead with the project.
PC Sorcar Junior, son of the legendary magician, too has approved of the project, reports DNA.
PC Sorcar is India's best-known magician who was active in the '50s and '60s. A native of West Bengal, he is famous for many tricks, the most popular being the floating lady.
