Dhindsa meets Bhatti's family
Rajya Sabha member and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) secretary general Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa on Friday shared his heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved family of satirist Jaspal Singh Bhatti, who died in a road accident on Thursday.

Rajya Sabha member and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) secretary general Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa on Friday shared his heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved family of satirist Jaspal Singh Bhatti, who died in a road accident on Thursday.
In a statement here, Dhindsa said Bhatti's death was a personal loss to him as they enjoyed a great friendship. He said the void left by Bhatti's death would never be filled.
Dhindsa visited the bereaved family here and expressed condolences with Bhatti's widow Savita Bhatti.
The Akali leader said the real tribute to the satirist would be to maintain the pace of the campaign started by him (Bhatti) against social evils.
