Dhoom:3 earns Rs 100 cr over weekend, breaks all records

Aamir Khan-starrer big-budget action thriller Dhoom:3 has collected Rs 107.61 cr nett -- which includes earnings from Tamil and Telugu versions -- in three days of its release.
"Dhoom 3 weekend breakup: Hindi Rs 100.76 cr, Tamil & Telugu Rs 6.85 cr. Weekend total [India]: Rs 107.61 cr nett. All time record," tweeted trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
"Dhoom 3 - Sunday: Hindi Rs 36.09 cr, Tamil & Telugu Rs 1.94 cr. Sunday total: Rs 38.03 cr. Grand total: Rs 107.61 cr nett. Fantabulous," added Adarsh.

On Friday, the well-packaged enrapturing drama clinched a total of Rs 36.22 crore at the box office, while on Saturday the earnings were recorded to be Rs 33.36 crore.
Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra, who have been constant in the cast since Dhoom, reprised their roles of cop and sidekick, respectively. Katrina Kaif added glamour to the film that boasts beautifully designed sequences.
