Dum Laga Ke Haisha: Relive the magic of ‘90s with Sanu’s Dard Karaara

The romantic song, titled Dard Karaara, is penned by Varun Grover in much the same way as another great of that era, Sameer, would have. Its music is composed by Anu Malik.

The jury is still out there, but the general consensus is that the '90s marked the golden era when music in Bollywood reached its peak. With singers like Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan, Sadhana Sargam, Alka Yagnik, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Abhijeet lending their voices to a string of hits, the slide in quality has hit purists real hard.



Not any more perhaps. Two of the most celebrated singers from this elite club -- Kumar Sanu and Sadhna Sargam -- are back together again with a brand new song from Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar's forthcoming film Dum Laga Ke Haisha.

The song is already making waves on the social circle, with many going to the extent of saying Kumar Sanu of the days of Deewana, Saajan, Aashiqui and DDLJ is back once again.

Directed by Sharat Kataria, the film is scheduled to hit the screens on February 27, 2015.
