Every time I visit Delhi, I go to Khan Market: Tahir Raj Bhasin
Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin talks about his love for the Capital, childhood memories and favourite hangout spots.
Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin might be living in Mumbai, but the Delhi-born actor still misses his hometown. The 29-year-old actor was in the Capital and told us that he makes a visit “two or three times” a year.

“I used to stay near the Lodhi road, so I have a lot of memories of that area.such as the wide roads and India Habitat Centre. I love coming back here to meet my family. I have many friends here as well,” he says.
Unlike many who frequent the Delhi malls, Tahir says, “I am not a big fan of going to malls. I am pretty old-fashioned that way. So I have to visit Khan Market. It is not possible for me to come to Delhi and not go there. Every time I go there, there’s some new café or shop that has recently just opened,” he says.
Diwali is one festival which Tahir enjoys celebrating in Delhi with his family. “There isn’t that big a vibe around Diwali in Mumbai. Over there its Ganpati Visarjan, which is quite huge. I spend Diwali in Delhi because it’s such a big festival. I have to play all the card games, especially teen patti. I won a lot this year!” he shares.
