Big B's first look from Ram Gopal Varma's Department is out. One look at the pic and it reminds movie-lovers of his role in Sarkar. Or is it Babban from Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag?



Amitabh Bachchan, 69, plays former gangster, Sarjerao Gaikwad, in Department. He is seen wearing a dhoti-kurta-gamchha and shades in the first look of the film.



Department is directed and produced by Ram Gopal Varma and stars Rana Daggubati, Sanjay Dutt, Nasseruddin Shah, Kangna Ranaut and Raveena Tandon along with Amitabh Bachchan.



Reportedly Abhishek Bachchan was the first choice for Rana Daggubati's role but was dropped from the film due to date issues.
