All was not well between Bachchans and UTV after Aishwarya was dropped from Heroine due to her pregnancy. But now the production house is keen on patching up with Bachchans by offering a film to Abhishek.

UTV reportedly sent a text message to the actor about the film. A source told Mumbai Mirror, “Abhishek is in Jaipur, shooting for Rohit Shetty's film Bol Bachchan. And so, he has not had the time to meet them and listen to the script. UTV has taken the first step towards reconciliation. Whether Abhishek does the film or not remains to be seen,” said the source.

Though attempts of fitting pregnant Ash in Heroine were made, but ultimately Ash had to quit the project as she was unable to do certain sequences. Now Kareena Kapoor has stepped into her shoes.

The project for which Abhishek Bachchan has been approached would be directed by Rajkumar Gupta.
