The first look will be unveiled by Hrithik during a Facebook live video chat on June 27, followed by an interaction on Instagram too.

“Today’s technology is phenomenal. In an instant we can get immediate reactions and feedback on our films. I’m a huge believer in the power of social media as it directly involves our fans and supporters,” says Hrithik, whose film is scheduled to open on November 4.

According to Hrithik’s father and Krrish maker Rakesh Roshan, the idea is to “maximise the potential of social media and reach out to millions of fans the world over”. Rakesh adds, “We are excited that a large number of people will see the first look simultaneously at the launch.”

Incidentally, Krrish 3 makers are also encouraging tweeple to tweet using the hashtag #Krrish3firstlook, which also began trending in some cities on July 26. As the number of tweets increase, they slowly break a wall on krrish-3.com and reveal the first look of the film.
