Rumour has it that John Abraham is learning Marathi for his upcoming gangster film.

According to the grapevine, the actor’s western appeal was not apt for the character and so he hired a Marathi tutor to get his accent right.

The flick, Shootout at Wadala is written and directed by Sanjay Gupta.

It is the sequel to the 2007 film ‘Shootout at Lokhandwala’.
