Kangana Ranaut turns down Rs 1.5 cr offer for NY bash

A source close to her says, “Kangana has been working hard for her movies I Love NY with Sunny Deol, Shootout At Wadala with John Abraham and Anil Kapoor, Krrish 3 with Hrithik Roshan, and Rensil D’Silva’s next alongside Emraan Hashmi. With back-to-back shooting schedules, she is feeling tired and over-worked.

So even though she was approached to perform by three leading five star hotels, she turned them down. "The organisers wanted her to dance to a mix of her old and new hits, including Sadi Gali from Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and Tum Jo Aaye from Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai (2010)."

The source adds, “They were ready to pay as much as Rs 1- Rs 1.5 crore, but she had to refuse as she wants to take a break.”

Kangana will soon wrap up the schedule of her Emraan film Unglee and then has to start shooting for Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Revolver Rani. In between the two, she has a couple of days free at the end of December, and that’s when she wants to take time off and go abroad for a break.
