Laila Majnu new poster is all about romance, trailer to release on July 25

The makers of Laila Majnu released the new posters and created a buzz around the film.

A day before the trailer release of Imtiaz Ali and Ekta Kapoor’s film, Laila Majnu, the makers promoted the film by releasing new posters. Ekta Kapoor captioned the poster, “Wat is it about him Laila kept thinking..he is not gud looking my parents won’t approve n he is nothing like the man I thought I’d marry...but Laila was not thinking she was ‘feeling’her heart had taken over her mind and there are many reasons why we marry no reason why we LOVE.” I

Laila Majnu’s new posters are romantic and sizzle with chemistry.

She shared another poster and wrote, “The mystery and the chemistry unfolds. Presenting our Laila and Majnu to the world. #LailaMajnu Trailer Out Tomorrow!” In both the posters, the lead actors are looking into each other’s eyes, forgetting their surroundings.

Imtiaz Ali also spoke about the movie and wrote, “We always hear - so and so went crazy in love, she is madly in love with him, ‘vo pyaar mein pagal ho gaya’. I have often wondered - what is the connection between love and madness? Real, crazy love - How does it feel? Laila Majnu personify this feeling. This film is my attempt to feel it too, and to bring that feeling to all of you who have a heart that feels.”

Laila Majnu is directed by Sajid Ali and stars newcomers, Tripti Dimri, Mir Sarwar and Avinash Tiwary. The makers also earlier revealed, the film will retell the tale about star crossed lovers with a contemporary twist. The film is slated to release on August 24.
