A picture posted by Akshay Kumar on Twitter features the hero of his first Canadian co-production called Breakaway. The film revolves around a father and son and has ice-hockey as its backdrop.
The actor in the image is Vinay Virmani who plays Rajveer Singh, an ice hockey player in the movie. The debutant is an ice hockey player for real.
The Indian version of the film is titled Speedy Singh and will release on September 30. The film has been directed by Robert Lieberman and has item songs by international artistes.
