WWE star Khali, who’s holed inside the Bigg Boss house, may be in for some serious trouble. He stars in the forthcoming film Ramaa: The Saviour and had promised to promote it before its theatrical release on November 12. Says producer Abdul Aziz Bablu, “Last month I had gone to Houston, US to meet Khali. We sat over dinner to discuss the film, and Khali said he’d come to India for promotions in the first week of November.”

Khali had informed the producer that he’d be shooting for a Colors show, and his work would be complete by November 5. “He said that he would come out of the Bigg Boss house within 10 or 12 days. I think it’s now been now more than 21 days that Khali has been inside the house.”

According to Bablu, Khali’s contract requires him to promote the film before it hits theatres: “He was supposed to promote the film as per the contract. I have paid him the whole amount at the time of signing the film. I now don’t have to pay him even Rs 100, and even have his NOC. I may be the first producer to make the entire payment at the time of signing.”

Bablu says that he had informed Khali about the film’s release date when he’d gone to the US in October. “During the US meeting I had told Khali that the movie releases on November 12. Having him around will help since the movie is based on him.”

Now, Bablu plans to move court today or tomorrow. “My production unit and I will move court by Tuesday. But I hope Khali comes out of the Bigg Boss before that,” he adds.
