After making socially relevant films like 3 Idiots and Munnabhai, Raj Kumar Hirani is delving into divine now. If rumours are to be believed, the filmmaker is planning to make a film about 300 gods titled Hey Bhagwan.

Raju has just finished his first draft and will think of an apt cast once the script is finalised, reports Mumbai Mirror.

A source tells Mumbai Mirror, "Raju had met Abhijat Joshi a couple of months back in US and discussed the idea with him. Abhijat is Raju’s most trusted associate and he loved the idea; they started working on the script. Raju is already ready with his rough first draft. The film deals with the issue of our multi-deity culture in India and how there are different gods for different problems. The film will be moulded in a typical Raju Hirani format, with humour and an underlying message."

Raj Kumar Hirani is also working on Munnabhai sequel - Munnabhai Chale Amrika.
