The second song from John Abraham’s next film, Romeo Akbar Walter has been released, and is about losing the person you love the most. John shared the soft romantic number Jee Len De with the caption, “When you have to leave everything including your family, your identity and your love behind!”

Picturised on John and Mouni Roy, the song shows their characters meeting secretly in a car and in secluded places. Sung by Mohit Chauhan with lyrics by Murali Agarwal and Shabbir Ahmed, Jee Len De has been composed by Raaj Aashoo.

The film revolves around an undercover spy played by John, who goes by different names and identities. Jackie Shroff plays his handler, who prepares him for a special mission ‘that could change the course of history for India’.

Romeo Akbar Walter also stars Sikandar Kher and is TV actor Mouni’s second Bollywood film after she marked her debut with Akshay Kumar’s period sports drama Gold last year.

This is John’s second collaboration with producer Ajay Kapoor after the 2018 film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran and has been directed by Robbie Grewal. Earlier, actor Sushant Singh Rajput was supposed to play the protagonist but quit the project due to unknown reasons.

Ahead of the shoot, John had said, “I will play everything from a 85-year-old man to a 26-year-old and this is the most challenging role of my life. I get a good nervous energy when I am prepping for a difficult film and RAW is in that space.”
