After actor-turned-author Seema Seth accused filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar and two others of lifting the idea and plot for his 2008 film, Fashion, from her book EL Dorado, a Delhi Court has asked Seth to submit evidence, within three months.
“Unless you have the original script, how can we say its violation of the copyright?” the court asked Seth.
