Southern beauty Asin Thottumkal (below), who has shared screen space with superstar Salman Khan in two films, says that the actor goes out of his way to encourage new talent.

“Salman is quite encouraging. I saw a lot of young boys come up to him with their portfolios for a break and he really encourages them.... takes them under his wings and does whatever he can to help them. I found that very nice and endearing,” Asin says.

The 25-year-old actor has worked with Salman in films, London Dreams (2009) and Ready (2011).
