Sara Khan signs films with boyfriend

After playing on-screen bahus and appearing on a reality show, 24-year-old Sara Khan has made a name for herself in the TV industry. Now, we have learnt that the actor has signed three films with none other than her 21-year-old boyfriend Paras Chhabra of Splitsvilla 5 fame.

After playing on-screen bahus and appearing on a reality show, 24-year-old Sara Khan has made a name for herself in the TV industry. Now, we have learnt that the actor has signed three films — Midnight Mumbai, A Capsule Of Love and a yet-untitled project — with none other than her 21-year-old boyfriend Paras Chhabra of Splitsvilla 5 fame.

While Sara undoubtedly is the bigger name in this couple, it looks like she’s trying to give Paras’s career a boost too. Ask her about this and Sara says, “The makers wanted a new face and they liked him after they saw some of our interviews on TV. They felt we look good together.” She goes on to add that the makers wanted them to play a couple in the films as well. “It’s not like I have pushed him. If that was the case, every actor’s boyfriend would be doing multiple films or would be a star,” she says.

Sara is currently busy shooting for one of the films with Paras in Ratnagiri. They will shoot for Midnight Mumbai till October 21 and the shooting of their next film, A Capsule Of Love, will begin in January 2014. All the movies are backed by a new production house.

After Sara’s live wedding with Ali Merchant on Bigg Boss 5 and their alleged subsequent divorce, she began dating Paras.
