After a private wedding and not-so-private reception in Delhi, newly-wed Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput reached Mumbai on Wednesday evening. The couple will be hosting a reception for Bollywood celebrities on July 12.



Shahid, clad in a white shirt and classic blue jeans, was hand-in-hand with his bride who was dressed in a black and white suit.

Shahid's father, veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor and his step mother, actor Supriya Pathak, were spotted at the airport.



Yesterday, Shahid married Mira Rajput, 13 years younger to him, in a traditional Punjabi wedding attended by close family and friends at a farm house on the outskirts of Delhi.

The Haider star is busy with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, his upcoming movies Shandaar and Udta Punjab.



Reportedly, the couple will not be able to go on their honeymoon anytime soon.
