Sonam Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurranna to interview YRF candidates

Ayushmann Khurranna, who plays a marketing proffessional in Bewakoofiyaan, will judge the marketing strengths of candidates applying for the job with Yash Raj Films. Sonam will also scan them.

— Chopra has come up with a unique promotional strategy where his company is set to offer a job in the marketing department to a young executive, who will become a permanent employee of the firm.

"The idea came from the film. The only criteria to get the job is to impress Sonam and Ayushmann in an interview. While Sonam will conduct the meeting on the grounds of personal presentation, Ayushmann — who plays a marketing professional — will judge the individual’s marketing strengths," says an insider.

The salary of the selected candidate will be the same as Ayushmann’s from the film, and he or she will join as a senior marketing executive. "Those interested have to apply on a website created by Chopra’s company and 100 shortlisted people will be invited for the interview," adds the insider.

When contacted, the spokesperson of the production house confirms the news and adds that all entries for the job can be sent up to the release week (of the film).

"We plan to have interviews on March 12," says the spokesperson.

Earlier, Chopra had launched Parineeti Chopra, who worked in the company’s marketing and PR team, in his film, Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl (2011).
