Bollywood music composer Anandji Virji Shah, known as Anandji, has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a restrain order against UTV Motion Pictures.
Alleging violation of the Copy Rights Act, he has claimed that his permission was not taken before using his song, Pyaar do pyaar lo from the movie Jaanbaaz released in 1980s, in Thank You. The court has declined to grant a stay but has sought a response from the producers.
